- Reservation fee: THB 100,000

- Deposit 10% upon signing SPA ( Within 14days of Reservation fee)

- 90% of the Selling price on Transfer of ownership (less reservation fee)

Additional fees upon transfer:

1. Sinking fund in THB 800/sqm (One time payment)

2. Monthly Common Manangement fee is THB 85/sqm/month( Subject to further change or increase by the resolution of Co-owner meeting in the future)

3.Transfer fee shall be borne equally between the Seller and the Purchaser

4. Selling Price i subject to change without prior notice all prices in Thai baht.
